I am male and i wanna sex wth my girl frend is there any particular time to hav sex wth gal very safe that is to prevent pregnency with out using condom or pills i mean before or after periods is there any thing like tht if its thre plz explain n clarify my doubt

This is called the rhythm method and is one of the worst forms of contraception. Women's periods don't always occur at regular intervals, and what you think is 7 days before menstruation could turn out to be 10 days before.
If you have sex 7 days after menstruation, don't forget that sperm can live inside the vagina for 3-7 days.
The rhythm method is basically full of ifs, ands, buts, and maybes.
So you should really try to use condoms or the pill, or other real contraceptive method.

There is no time. I know of a situation where the woman was on birth control. She ran out of pills right toward the end of her period.

She warned her husband he'd have to withdrawal due to no pills and being at the end of the cycle. He didn't and their second child was conceived.

If you do not want a child, then I suggest either the pill, condom, or withdrawal.
