When having sex either intercourse or orally I can tell when I have an orgasm but my body does not produce any fluids that flows outside. I will get wetter but thats it. I have had about three episodes where I believe I ejaculated but usually I just get wet and it seems that the moisture stays inside of me.

Those times you did ejaculate, can you remember what you did different?
Was there any difference in how you got to orgasm?
Anything maybe in how you tensed / relaxed your PC muscle?
