Whenever my boyfriend is inside me during sex, my vagina begins to make noises that sound basically like a fart. However thats not what is is... is this happening just because he is on top? how do i prevent it? It makes me feel selfconsious...

It's just air escaping - don't worry about it. Sex isn't like in the movies - it's FULL of wierd noises...

is it even normal for this to happen after we have finished having sex? I guess this is bothering me alot more than it should, I've just been wondering for a while...

Yep that is perfectly normal. It's just air which was pushed inside the vagina by the penis during sex. Don't fret too much about it, laugh it off. Maybe try different positions.

try gently pushing out with your vagina, almost against the penis, but not too hard (you dont want to prevent him from entering)...This will help keep your vaginal cavity "hugging" the penis and not allowing air in... But it happens to me too, really sometimes is unavoidable.
