Tip (head) of penis not very sensitive!!!

Hi, I am a 19 year old male and have probably had sex about 20 times (over 6 different partners) and have only orgasmed a few times and when i have its only been during oral sex! I have to really think about it to orgasm. I can orgasm during mastubation fine, but again it takes a bit longer than it used to when younger. I have a feeling it might be something to do with the fact that i have been circumcised since a young age. The end of my penis isn't very sensitive (apart from during oral) and was wondering is there any thing i can do to perhaps make it more sensitive. Or do you think it might be psychological?

Please help, Thanks.

Circumcision cuts into the penis to remove the foreskin. A large quantity of highly sexually sensitive nerves are severed in doing so. In your case damage has been done to the glans giving you difficulty in reaching orgasm.

However the fact that you can reach orgasm during masturbation means it may be a matter of providing the right sensation during sex. Use extra lubrication. Try different positions to see which ones feel tighter. Stroke your partner's clitoris during sex. This will incline her to tighten her PC muscle which will tighten her vagina around your penis, increasing sensation for you.

You should also ask her to tighten her PC muscle during sex - although be very careful with this - choose your words carefully as she might interpret it as saying she has a loose vagina... guaranteed mood killer as you try to backtrack and reword your sentences...Embarassed

Something else you can try is foreskin restoration or an artificial foreskin - which may help to bring back some sensation.
