I have always produced more pre-cum than other males, I know because my GFs commented on it. My issue is with condoms, while having sex for a few minutes, the condom gets filled with pre-cum (uncertain on the amount) and the condom no longer hugs me well at the tip and my penis starts to travel in it. Thing is, it is no longer safe to have sex in this manner, improper wear and tear may happen, and, such a way to travel inside of a condom starts to bring much more pleasure to me (like really strong pleasure), I am more likely to ejaculate. So, in the middle of the act I have to change condoms and the sex returns to norms.

As I said, I don't know if I really have this condition of producing too much of pre-cum and if it is abnormal, and, is it normal to change condoms in the middle of the sex act?

Producing large volumes of pre-ejaculate (more than 2ml) is not abnormal, it has been reported in the medical literature, however in larger volumes it is quite rare.

The liquid concerned comes from cowper's gland. Most men do produce small amounts (around 0.5ml or less) during sexual activity. It comes out gradually so most of the time is barely noticed. It serves to lubricate the urethra in preparation for the passage of semen and also helps to neutralize the acidic environment of the vagina which is toxic to sperm.

There is not much information out there on higher volumes of pre-ejaculate as it is quite rare.

You are right to stop and change the condom. Do you find that you have to change it more than once? It is possible that your cowper's gland will empty itself after only a few ml.

Another tip might be to masturbate during foreplay, not past the point of orgasm, if your girlfriend is ok with that, in order to empty yourself of pre-ejaculate. Use the stop-start method so you don't go past the point of orgasm. Then before you have sex, wait a few minutes with no stimulation in order to let your tension subside. This will make it easier to control orgasm when you do have sex.

Usually one change of a condom is enough for me, I don't remember requiring a third one due to this exactly problem.

Interesting notion you bring that it might leak out and then stop. I might try with masturbation. However, as I recall, the pre-cum comes out, as you say, gradually - over time, and pretty much non-stop while I am erect but have not ejaculated yet.

If you look at the diagrams for cowper's gland here

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulbourethral_gland

you'll see that they're quite small. Yours could be larger but either way must have a limit to how much liquid they can hold. If you continue to have sex / masturbate without reaching orgasm, the gland has to run dry sooner or later. This is why you only need to change the condom once.

It really isn't a big problem once you and your partner are comfortable with it. If you prefer to masturbate (not past orgasm, but to empty the gland) before you see your partner, you could do that, but then the question is how long does the gland take to refill? A day? An hour? I've no idea. Feel free to test it out and write back here.
