my girlfriend love when i finger her, and says i can get her off very easily. but at the same time im not sure if i am even giving her an orgasm she does moan and tenses her muscles but not at any intense rate. and after she stops moaning she wants me to take my fingers out so i think i might be giving her an orgasm but im not entirely sure.
any advice would be great, also any exercises i could do to strengthen my finger/forearm muscles?

My suggestion is play the piano. If you're taught correctly, you'll feel the muscles in your fingers getting stronger! And you'll be working on both hands at the same time!

Clearly what's happening is that you're stroking her G-spot and she is quite responsive.
