just cant orgasm

so i have been having sex since i was 15 (might be a bit early but its too early to take it back now)
im now 18 and i have never had an orgasm in sex
it feels really good and everything me and my boyfriend try is fun, but it doesnt get me to climax, clitoral or g-spot.
i can very rarely give myself a clit orgasm, but never a g-spot orgasm.
is it definite that every woman has a g-spot?
and believe me, this isnt for lack of trying...me and my boyfriend have tried pretty much everything, and he actually knows what he's doing.
is there anything that can be done? sometimes i feel like its notworth having sex if i cant climax.
are there any excercises or alternative medicines or supplements? ive heard of the botox injections but i dont want to got that far.

I have been married for 5 years and had my first orgasm, sad I know. I finally got it by being on top and going really deep. I got on this website to try to find other positions b/c I'm getting a little tired of that one and I don't think he is as satisfied as other positions. Keep trying differ. positions and good luck!
