When your on top life is good for the guy! Just speaking from my own experiance i can readly tell you advice "do what makes you feel good" I can only bet that your partner will love it. So if you  want to rock back and forth or slow grind or whatever.. just do what excites you. No doubt your partner will be excited too.

In general, back and forth is better for the woman, it hits the g-spot. Up and down is better for the guy because he gets more stimulation on his glans (head of the penis)

hi i am 21 years old and have 3 kids.i am still with the father of my last child and we have been having sex for 2years,but for some reason i cant get wet like i use to  and cant seem to get a nut.he loves to have sex with me but for some reason i turn him down because i feel that our sex life is not he same anymore and feel uncomfortable with having sex.also i feel i enjoys it but not like how he use to because we would have sex everynight and now i dont and he always say,i want it real wet and i seem to cant get wet like how he wants it or to make the sex more comfortable to me
