I noticed that when I have sex I get tired (from physically "pumping" and supporting myself on the hands) and with it goes away my erection. I pull out to get a breather (my heart pounding bad or arms are dead tired) but then later errection does not harden. It is kind of there but not hard for penetration, though ok for masturbation, does not make even a 90 degrees angle... Seems like when she is on the top it kind of does not happen as much.
Is it a build up of high blood pressure that is messing me up?
